Lovely caring people all around

I wasn t told the cost of the blood tests I asked for until after they had left the room with my cat. I was expecting it to be expensive so the cost wasn t a problem, but that was unprofessional. I thought it was an oversight until I received an email with an order link for a prescription that doesn t have any pricing information. Your online store doesn t have prices either. That manipulation tactic reflects poorly on your business.

I appreciated that although I was late to the appointment they were still able to get me in. I also appreciated that Dr. Akagi took the time to really investigate Lily’s paw, even though the superficial injury could have been explained. I thought he was thoughtful and thorough.

We have been patients of this facility for 20 years. this last price increase has pushed your facility to far out of our reach, we will be looking for a new provider. very sad because dr whiting was the only dr to understand one of our dogs died from over vaccination, so her sister that is still living we only give her rabies and that is it. also when we mentioned we were going to leave not one person asked why, very sad that we thought we were part of your family but will not be missed.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. And they took the time to talk to me about my concerns and adequately explain to me what the best option would be.

All the staff was super accommodating and very helpful in helping me with my dogs at their appointment.

After surgery, it would ve been nice to speak with the vet, or a vet tech instead of reception. I also expressed concern about the small cone, and sure enough, an hour after leaving he can reach his paws to chew on the bandages.

Everything went amazing but I never talked with the provider at all but he did do an amazing job I will definitely refer everyone to this vet clinic and his nurses were amazing great staff and great Dr

The grooming side could use a remodel to make things more organized.

A bit frustrated that I was charged $58 just to be told that her dewclaw doesn t need to be removed right now. Felt that was a bit excessive. I loved your offices. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Very grateful to have a new vet clinic in town. Plan on using your services for shots and other needs.

Staff can’t seem to get much right lately, tons of new folks that don’t seem to know too much. Never has an answer- always told they have to go ask someone else. Gave my dog too many vaccines. Dog went for surgery, and the surgeon did a great job, but the girl at the counter failed to charge me for something and still called the next day asking to charge me. Feel like there should have been a courtesy there for them forgetting.

Great team...glad I pick this establishment.

The only comment is you should inform if the doctor you see all the time is not there, particularly with a problem you have been seeing for a long time.

The vet called and explained things then when I got back to the office she came out and answered more questions that I had and we have a game plan fir the care of our pet!!
