Once I got my pet home from being groomed there were a lot of areas I was unhappy with. The groomer was gone so I couldn’t even discuss them with them. I will not be bringing my dogs back for grooming services.

TAZ has received care and been kenneled at this facility since she was a puppy. Although everyone has been professional and nice, we always love seeing and talking to tech Lyndsey. Thank You for being a outstanding trusted caring business for our lil animals that are part of families!

Very good experience. Staff and vet very friendly and professional. I liked that masks were worn as i am in my 60s. This will be my vet office from now on.

The groomers did not get Benjamin s ears done. They still have hair in them, which will be a problem for ear infections-which I told them about. On the plus side, they did a good job on his toe nails. Billing is totally wrong on my accounts as they said I owe for the shots, which is not possible as I got their shots during the Perry Clinic shot time and you can t even get the shots that day without paying for them. We love Dr Akagi! He is innovative, and we appreciate how well he keeps up on the latest advances in veterinary medicine. His ideas have made a difference in our pets’ lives. He is kind and friendly. He takes the time to answer all of our questions, and he remembers our pets’ history and asks how they are doing.

My appointment was for 4:20. Vet was double booked. I had to wait until 4:40 to be seen. Other than the wait, everything else was good.

I had an appointment for 8:00 with Mary, and received a call that Mary has left and I could bring my dog in for grooming at 8:30 (I forgot the groomers name) but was told I could bring her at 8:00 as I had an appointment at 9:00 someplace else. When I got there at 8:15 and called the office I was told the groomer did not come in until 8:30! So I had to sit in my car for the 15 minutes until she came in and came out and got Sadie. When I came to pick her up I called to let them know I was there, and was put on a brief hold which was a good 5 minutes before she came back on, took my cc information and then I waited for them to bring Sadie out. Service was not top notch this time that is for sure.

I had both of my puppies vet checked and updated shots and groomed. I asked for both of my yorkies to have their ears tipped—they did not tip my parti yorky but were gracious to let me bring her in the following morning and get them done and her ears are starting to stand up now. Thanks for listening to me! Best groomer ever too!!!

We absolutely love dr bush. She gave us ideas for our extremely anxious dog and took the time to explain to us how she could build trust between our dog and the clinic! We loved our experience!

We have been coming here since we moved up north and have been happy with our services on the vet side and started using the grooming side of things. First groom was good and they did as we ask with the exception of them skipping nail clipping or just didn t clip them very much. This time however the whole experience was bad. I arrived a few mins before my appointment to get the dog checked in and there were six people with their animals waiting to be checked in. Me and another man waited outside with our pets for the lobby to be less crowded. Finally checked in well after my appointment I made sure to giving them instructions that she HAD to be shaved or cut short around her bum and back legs for cleanliness reasons.I also reminded them last time her nails were missed or not trimmed short enough that they kept crossing over and getting caught on her other toes. They asked if I wanted to do her shots while she was there I agreed to the shots and she was taken back to the groomers. I was called and told she was ready for pick up. I arrived and the computer wasn t working, no ones fault but once they finally got the computer to work I learned my dog wasn t actually ready they hadn t done the shots. They got the shots done and after being there for 30+ Mins for pick up we headed out the door. Once I got home I took her diaper off and realized how bad the cut was. Some places were cut almost to her skin others were left two inches long. Most annoying was around her legs and bum were not nearly as short as other places and that s where we were concerned with cleanliness. I had to get to meetings and didn t have time to take her back to be fixed but they said they could fix the cut Saturday. I returned home four hours later and she couldn t walk on all four legs, she was limping and clearly in pain. I called the clinic once again and they said it was from the shot. I wish that would of been communicated that she would possible be in pain. She s 13 and never reacted to a vaccine like that. Unfortunately my son ended up sick and we were not in a place to leave home Friday-Sunday so she didn t get her cut fixed as hopped and I honestly don t know that I m ready to traumatize her any more. I don t know what went on there but she s been shaking and scared ever since I picked her up. We have had such good experiences on the vet side of the clinic I m disappointed in the care she received while at the groomers, the lack of communication between the front desk and the groomers, and the lack of communication between the techs and the pet owners when shots were given and what to expect. Slow down, dont book so many grooms, take more time and care.

I had made an appointment at 7 am with a technician but no one was there when I arrived. I waited 10 minutes and called like the text indicated but all I got was the automated answer that you were closed.

I love Canyon View Cares, and I greatly appreciate the high quality of care that my dogs have always receved by both vets. Thank you.

I ve been coming here for years I have 4 dogs and every time we come the staff is helpful and friendly. My baby had meningitis and the doc took my calls and even called me on his personal cell to find out how she was!! A+ In my opinion! Good service and would recommend to family and friends.
