This was my first time at Canyon View Cares and I was impressed by everyone. Everyone was very kind and helpful and the dr was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions that I had. He was thorough in his examination of my dog and offered some really good advice in helping my dog. The prices were also very affordable and fair. We ll definitely be coming back! Thank you!

The person manning the front desk acted like she didn’t want to be there. She didn’t seem to remember that I had been in the appointment room. I had to tell her I V needed to check out and pay. She definitely could use a refresher on her customer service skills.

Brought my dog Ollie for grooming. I think our groomer was Jordan. She did an amazing job and our dog looks so cute!

We loved our visit. Everything was great!

The floor in the exam room needed to be swept, there was poop next to the scale when we got there and still when we left. Also I was told that I would get a call around 2p.m. for update on my dog s neuter, but never received that call and was unable to get somebody on the phone when I tried calling. When I asked about that I was told that they were really busy that day, which I can understand, but maybe they shouldn t promise to call if they are not going to follow thru. I was very pleased with Dr. Bush, she took time to explain everything and asked if I had any questions

I took my dog in for an appointment to get groomed, and it was literally the worst grooming experience I ve had. We were told that 9:30 was the only appointment time available for my dog, yet they didn t even get to him until 12:30. Why couldn t I bring him in at 12:30? Plus, 11 other dogs in front of him? You re literally just having dogs sit in cages for hours on end?? No dog deserves that. It sounds like bad time management. I don t want my dog sitting in a cage for 3 hours before you even get to him because you can t manage your time. Let me bring him in when you re actually going to get to him! Plus, the shave was uneven, and his nails didn t get clipped. Bad grooming and time management. Will take him somewhere else in the future.

Dr. Busch is the greatest. Loni the tech. was great as well. I would not take my dogs anywhere else.

Ibappriciate the kindness and concern they had for us. Also they put our mind at ease with kit kats surgery. I will be coming back in the future. Thanks to them they hepled us get all of his shots his surgery and helped us thru the process they are great people.

This last visit was absolutely horrible!!! If this had been my first visit I would NEVER be back and I would tell everyone to not ever go there. I was extremely disappointed this time. In your email and text message that comes before the appointment, said to call when we arrived. I say on hold for 10 minutes cs

Canyon view is great and has been with my last dog and my current dog. My only issue is a 90 golden retriever that wants to play with all of the other dogs rather than listening to me ?? my fault not yours!
