We (humans and 13 1/2 year old toy poodle) were seen by Dr. Tyson Wayment on his first day working at the Layton location. He is very caring, competent, and explained everything clearly and compassionately. We have had to have three follow-up appointments and he is so good to work with. He has a good sense of humor, too. The staff is always friendly and excellent to work with. Their facility is clean and neat, they are always on time, and their prices are reasonable. It has been a pleasant experience to call and get an appointment set within a reasonable amount of time (instead of being told by other vet hospitals that they don’t have any appointments for weeks out). They also offer an on-site and well-stocked pharmacy. We couldn’t be happier with them and highly recommended Canyon View Cares to anyone in Layton wanting the best care possible for their pet. We are so grateful to have found them, especially Dr. Wayment, for Honey.

It was a wonderful visit. No wait time at all and very professional. Explained everything and answered all my questions. Gave me an appointment for teeth cleaning and vaccinations within a week because I’ll be heading out of town soon. Very accommodating. ????

Your staff is so friendly and do such a good job caring for animals. Thank you! One small suggestion: the kind lady at the front desk should call people by their first names instead of Sweetheart & Hun . Not everyone is comfy being called cutesy little names that attempt to create a loving relationship between strangers. Thank you again. You guys are fabulous!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Canyon View Cares Veterinary Hospital in Layton. I have an elderly Malamute that isn t able to walk on certain floors anymore. The Assistants and Veterinarian accommodated by attending to my old friend outside. A thorough examination, shots, and blood draw all done in an expedient manner.
