It seemed as though the clinic was understaffed/too busy.

The girl at the desk was friendly however she was not able to help address my concerns. I called 2 weeks ago to make my appointment, when I called I addressed with the person who made the appt that I was frustrated that his last grooming apt a few months ago (she looked it up, it was back in June) that I was charged more than I had been every other time I had come in. I had always been charged $65, but that particular groomer charged a matting fee, which had never been charged before. The person on the phone said that particular fee was subject to each individual groomers discretion. I told her I did not want the same groomer again, and made it very clear that if I was charged this additional fee again I would not be returning. She looked up who his last groomer was and said she no longer worked here so it shouldn’t be a problem. I had bathed, completely brushed and blown him out 2 weeks ago and he was not matted going into his appointment so you can imagine my surprise when the receptionist told me it would be $85 instead of $65 today. She said this is because you raised your prices. I had a lengthy and very specific discussion with the person on the phone about the cost and that if it was more than $65 I would take him elsewhere. This would have been the prime opportunity for this person to tell me that you had an increase to your prices and to be prepared for an additional $20 when I brought him. This was never mentioned. Quite the contrary actually. I was assured that if he wasn’t matted that it ‘should’ be the same as it had always been. The receptionist said your prices changed the first of August so this person should have known when I made my appointment that I would be paying more and not only failed to tell me that, they led me to believe otherwise by telling me I wouldn’t incur additional charges if he wasn’t matted. I am extremely disappointed and I will be looking for another groomer.

I loved this vet clinic and if I lived up here I would definitely have this clinic be my regular preferred clinic!

The only thing was that it took 3 weeks to get a grooming appointment, but other than that no complaints!

Had a scary moment when I was told how much I owed. After a second look and help from another staff member my total made sense. Thank goodness wormer really isn t $440.00 every 6 months!! Haha!

I absolutely loved the vet we met with and her veterinary assistant. They were both pleasant, upbeat and genuinely cared about my pet.

Canyon view always goes above and beyond my expectations. They take care of my aggressive dog like he is their own. Tess (Tessa? I m not sure) was the most amazing person today. Wazzi was neutered and she handled him calmly, cautiously, and most of all with compassion. He is not an easy dog to work with but they did amazing as always. I love love love canyon view.

I was not happy you told me it was going to be one price and you charged me another!I told the lady up front that if the price changes you lost a customer so you lost a customer over $9 and the lady up front was like okay don t know what to tell yah I have been a customer for years but if you are willing to lose a customer over $9 then I guess you didn t appreciate my business in the first place! Not to mention you didn t even put any drops in my dog s ears while he was there! I won t be back!

We have been twice now and have been nothing but impressed. They loved on our fur baby and took the time to check to make sure everything was ok! I have peace of mind knowing he is so well taken care of.

We were there for a dog grooming appointment. It took a very long time. I was charged extra for a handling fee because the groomer said my dog was nipping and biting her. No other groomer has said that EVER. My dog is a mini golden doodle and is extremely mild mannered. My dog seemed very off when I got her. She didn’t act excited to see me and wouldn’t interact with me. I took her home and she drank water insatiably. She had gone over 5 hours with no water and was probably upset and panicked most of that time. She was getting dehydrated. Within a couple of hours she was doing much better. This was a very bad experience for her. If a dog is there that long, they need to be offered drinks.

The staff is always very friendly and accomodating. The care provided to my pets is top notch! You all do a wonderful job caring for my fur babies!

Dr Evans and his technician were excellent. They were so patient with Khali and were able to help her to get better. We were able to get an appointment to see the doctor right away as we were concerned about her coughing. She wound up having an infection so it was a good thing she was seen by the office.

No one went over and test results with me prior to my asking. I think that is important especially when I had them check out a lump/mass on Sage s rib cage. otherwise everything was good.

Front desk receptionist was very snappy and seemed like I was bugging her with my questions! Other than her everything was great

The team that came out to our house tonight was great! They were very friendly and made us feel comfortable which I appreciate. Dr. Was very knowledgeable and educated us on things to do if this happens again. We were very pleased with everyone who came out here and the work they did.

Jordan was very caring with our nervous dog. We appreciate the care and concern for her.

The only problem I have is when I call, no one answers the phone so I have to call back later. Often there is no one at the front desk. I worry about this happening when I have an emergency.

Dr Reed is so sweet and caring. I really struggle when Lily has problems as I am very attached and they made me feel they have everything under control.
