This visit was great.

It was a pleasant first visit.

First time Victor went in for grooming to this facility. We are from Texas and I wanted him to look good before our trip back. I was shocked! It was the best grooming job I had ever seen! I never knew he was so handsome! I couldn’t stop taking pictures!

Dr. Read is amazing. She was so caring and was just as concerned as I was about my fur baby. May look into having her as our full-time vet for my fur babies! She was thorough, loving and explained everything to me.

I came in same day to get my dogs shots up to date. I have a high energy breed who gets nervous and anxiety filled going to the vet. Staff came out to the car to provide the update but didnt use a shot/needle and it was very difficult to administer the up the nose version. Wish the staff could have used treats or tried to calm my dog down before kind of forcing the treatment. Took awhile to calm him down after the staff left. I understand high energy breeds take a little extra effort but its the opposite service we ve gotten from you guys in the past. Hope next time goes back to good service like all the times prior.

Answer the phone. Called three times after 9:00am and no answer and no option to leave a voicemail. Started calling again at 11:00 am to cancel a 12:00 appointment and called three or four times and again no one answered and no option to leave a message.

Our cat was spayed yesterday and is doing well today. We are happy with our cat s outcome. Carol Elcock

My dog was very scared so I walked back with her which I think didn’t help much next time I’ll put her in a harness so she’s easier to manage but everyone was very nice about it and getting my dog her vaccine was quick thank you for all you do

Often you can’t get through on the phone. But once you do, the service has always been excellent.

Very impressed with both Dr. Evans and Canyon View, Malad. May just be worth the drive from Tremonton if/when Nikki has any future health issues. Kudos to you folks!

There was a puddle of pee right inside the door, obviously from a dog that was over excited and did the pee pee dance and left a little gift, but someone could slip on it, it was there when I went in and when I left. Other then that, I was happy I took Zoey in to get her pain medications refilled by you. the Techs and the Doctor were very nice and sympathetic to my Dogs needs, her cancer is getting the best of her and I hope when It comes to end of life care, she gets the same care. Thank You for your compassion.

I always feel like my fur kids are the only ones there. even though they are not. I m never rushed and the staff always takes the time to answer any questions I have.

I feel that a little more time could have been taken

We have been all over to find the best vet for our dogs. They took the time to ask questions about our dogs like they cared. All of the staff was caring and knew what they were doing. We are willing to travel from tremonton to get the care we need. Thank you!

There was no explanation at all for the likely cost, and the provided services seemed very expensive

I was very surprised by what I was charged. I was told one thing and then when I picked my cat up, it was something completely different.

I didn t realize until I got back home that I wasn t given an itemized/line item list of the charges associated with this visit. I had: the visit, x-rays, treatment plan, and RXs. I would have liked to see how much I was being charged for each item. In fact, could you please mail or email this billing info to me? Thanks. Other than that, I was VERY PLEASED with the service provided and happy to know that Malad now has a quality veterinary service available all days of the week. Thanks again, Mark Thomas
