If I am going to pay for a $50+ dollar physical, I better get my moneys worth. The only thing the doctor did was listen to my cats heart and feel his bladder. He did not look at my cats teeth, look at his ears, examine him for lumps or anything else a”physical” entails. I was very unimpressed!

Thank you for taking care of Gus. He did not have an ear infection. However he was able to get his up to date vaccinations while he was there! You guys always take such good care of my Fur Babies! Thanks ! merry Christmas!

I did not receive a copy of my bill, or any explanation as to the charges. No one in your office was wearing a mask. Will I realize many people locally do not choose to do this, because technically this is a medical facility I was quite surprised by that. I also think you could do better as far as separating incoming animals from large dogs waiting in the anteroom.

A great 1st time experience for us and Izzy.

This is our second time here but the staff has been amazing both times! They are super friendly, knowledgeable and seem very genuine. I only gave four stars to the wait time because we waited for almost 25 minutes after our appointment time and my dog (probably like most others) was becoming increasingly more anxious. The wait is often the hardest part for him.

I have had past experiences that were not satisfactory but this last visit went just fine. Thank you

This is an extremely professional office with well trained and skilled people. Doctor Wayment was wonderful, kind and compassionate with both of our animals. The veterinary techs were knowledgeable I m carrying with our pets. The front desk staff also very professional, kind, and helpful. Great care was given to both of our animals. We greatly appreciated such quality Care. Excellent Veterinary care. Highly recommend.

The extra waiting time was due to an emergency, so while it was extra, it was also ok. If that had been one of my pets in there, I would have wanted their full attention on it, not something non emergency, so I marked down a star, but it really was ok.

A little pricey but great service guess should have went with itemized bill

I understand you had to raise prices but I believe you raised them way to much. Grooming went from $40 to $55 and office visit went way up. You give good service but I will be checking out other vet s.

I was quoted one price for an exam but it was a little more expensive than quoted. However it was a more extensive exam. Overall happy.
