Good morning, I was so happy to see that we got to go inside and speak with the vet. Laurie and her staff did a great job in keeping everyone safe in virus outbreak. I was sorry to hear that some of the old staff had left. I will miss them. Yesterday, I got to meet Busters new vet, Dr. Springer. She was very nice and most of all very thorough. I feel confident knowing Buster is in good hands. Thanks again for always taking such good care of Buster. Peggy & Buster Parisi

Everyone was very thorough and I was impressed that even a new puppy was not allowed to walk inside bc not fully vaccinated. The doctor and staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great visit.

I was a bit upset that their nails weren’t cut (I totally understand with Herman, but Nelson was being good)- I can’t take them out to get them clipped and a mobile groomer cannot come to my apartment-

When we called to make an appointment to have Judson’s nails done we were quoted a price which we were fine with. When we arrived for the appointment the pice increased by 100.00 more. We had been trying to get his nails done for over a year but he has massive anxiety and he is difficult to treat. We had asked several times to try to have him sedated and cut his nails that way. The Dr would only suggest medication. After over a year the Dr finally agreed to sedate him in order to cut his nails but by now his nails had grown so long they were digging into the bed of his back paw causing an infection. My suggestion is when someone is calling to get a quote for a procedure, please consider everything involved and quote that amount.

We loved working with Dr. Amy Hopper and were considering following her to her new practice, however, our first experience with Dr. Field went superbly. She is well-versed in the breed of dog we have; she was compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough in delivering care; and she actively listened to our responses and concerns. A top notch vet all around. We will be back.

Veterinary care was fine but some of the skills of the reception staff need to greatly be revised ! Not all of course, but respect and common courtesy behavior should be practiced! Not to be received with kindness and concern is most disconcerting!
