Your excellent service has changed from pre COVID, the only difference being waiting in the car. My car is quite comfy so no problem. Thank you for keeping everyone safe. I really appreciate it.

We are so grateful that we were able to get an urgent care appointment, our dogs ear was really infected!! Dr. Manderini was fast and our dog was not stressed by the situation! Kristen was also very friendly and helpful. :)

Awesome people! Dr Amanda Holmes was superb with Sibena. Her assistant (please forgive me for not remembering her name) Was gentle and professional with Sibena.

When I was left waiting for 30 minutes outside- it would have been nice to have been given a heads up that we were not forgotten. And as a customer to be made to feel because you’re too busy - I somehow am supposed to understand. Why make me feel bad for wondering why I’m still waiting without any info?

I really need a vet that makes house calls. My dog literally needs surgery-level sedation just to clip nails (awful). Once we pull into the NKAH driveway, it s over.

I came in with my dog for bloodwork with a tech but then when i arrived i was told he was overdue to see the dr for an annual checkup and i should prob come back..... i was so confused, my dog waited for 30 min in the car and then we left.

Please open up the waiting room that we used to wait in. It can be arranged by staggering chairs. It is inconvenient the way it is managed now. Reduced staff is incorrect. Everyone who worked there should still be working. I liked help in that room as to getting meds for my pets. Asking questions outside is hard.

Thought the set up during the pandemic was excellent.

Very concerned and helpful staff. I am very happy with my visit.
