Even though your schedule was completely full, you were able to fit my cat in. I understand that the Covid situation has made things very difficult but under those circumstances, the service was top notch and the doctor and staff could not have been kinder and more accommodating. Dr. Springer is the most compassionate, friendly, detailed and caring Veterinarian. She explained all the procedures and tests performed during my dogs (I have two) annual visit with great suggestions for their diet. I’ve just switched to North Kingstown Animal Hospital and couldn’t say enough about the thoroughness and friendliness of Dr. Springer and the staff. The system they have in place during Covid made the visit even easier and less stressful on my pets.

$25 for a nail trim on a small dog is outrageous! And they weren’t even cut down enough.

Thank you for setting up Covid 19 precautions to enable continued care. The visit went smoothly and our dog did not appear to be stressed. He went willingly with the staff member who picked him up and came back calm and quiet.

All of your vet techs are extremely friendly and professional, they are always welcoming and address any concerns. The doctors as well are always open to any questions and are happy to speak with you. I always have a positive experience at NKAH.

I was not happy to pay a fee for “ emergency visit “. I’ve been a patron of NK for 19 years. I trust the vets at NK- that is why I choose their care for my pets. I rescue a lot of animals. It is quite expensive. The extra fee was not appreciated.

We re returning to NK Animal a number of years after our dog died. With a new puppy I was totally impressed with how things went for the first visit amid COVID precautions. Thanks for being there and helping launch our next dog!!

I think that 25.00 for a nail trim is to expensive, you jumped up 10.00, for at the most a 10 minute clip. I will not be coming back to have their nails clipped

I Think you are All doing a Great job at NKAH & I appreciate That you always find time to fit my Dogs in to your very busy schedule. When My Dog has a procedure that requires anesthesia though , I think its best to stick to the 5:30 - 6 o’clock pickup you always say instead of saying 2:00 when clearly , my dog anyway needs to sleep off the anesthesia . If you don’t have the space I’d rather have those procedures done elsewhere. Instead of feeling like you want to rush to get them out . Other than those times everyone & Everything runs consistently Great ?? Thanks for All you do to keep my pups Happy & Healthy????

Lucy seemed quiet happy and calm when she was returned to me after her treatment. And if she is happy,I am happy.

I did think the vet thought I wasn t taking care of my dog Brady as he told me I should be cleaning his ears weekly He has chronic ear infections and I do my best to take care of both my dogs....I have two others that lived to 15....I love my dogs and do my best
