I wonder if it might be more efficient to speak to waiting clients as they sit in their cars—rather than having a line of people in the cold? I understand that these are trying times. All of the conversations I heard as I waited in line could have been handled by phone and followed up with a quick stop to the outdoor window.

My appointment ran smoothly today as staff members were thorough and friendly. Trust my pet will be treated with care.
