NK Animal Hospital is great! They are always so sweet to our dog as he is a big baby about visiting the vet! And the follow up phone calls after vaccinations and emergency visits are really appreciated. Keep up the incredible work!

Hi. Just wondering if and when we will be able to Accompany our pets inside when being checked by the doctor. My dog has a tough time with it so I would like to be in the building with him.

After being a customer for many years where I usually waited 30 min- an hour for an appointment I was quite surprised at how big an issue it was that I was 10 minutes late. I understand the reason why you want people to arrive on time and now that I know you will not expect me to wait for long periods of time I will make sure I m on time but I think it s important for you to acknowledge that the schedule running on time is a new thing for those of us that don t visit often. I felt the response to my arrival was a little snippy given your history. Once I got past that, all went well and I was happy with the care my dog received.

This was our first time at NK Animal Hospital — we used to see Dr. Springer when she was based in Providence and missed her level of care so decided to transfer our little guy to your practice. I was happy with how streamlined the office’s covid procedures were. And we are very happy to have our pup back in Dr. Springer’s care.

I think we’ve been at this pandemic long enough to know it’s safe to come inside. I am in close proximity to people all day at work, and as long as the regulations & protocol is followed, there’s no problem. At this point I think it’s unnecessary to have to wait in the car/ stand outside to pay. Doing this has doubled our normal appointment timeframe, plus I don’t get to speak with the dr other than a quick call.

NKAH is wonderful I have been coming here for years. Thank you to the whole staff for being so caring to all of our animals.
