The visiting doctor covering Dr. Holmes did not have then same type of practice as all the vets I’ve seen over the last 15 years at NKAH. I did not feel my new puppy visit was thorough. The vet tech was excellent.

It was a pleasure meeting Dr. Springer, today. She was helpful and candid. I knew today’s visit was going to be a little tough. Our 17 year old beagle, Sammy, is starting to fail but remains stoic and devoted! Dr. Springer told me what I already know and gave us some meds to hopefully bring Sammy some comfort. I’m grateful for that!

Dr. Springer and all the staff are amazing! Dr. Springer always takes so much time to answer all my questions! She is so good with our Mable Mae, especially because she is usually nervous. I can tell she cares deeply for animals and wants them to live their happiest and healthiest lives. Thank you so much for the great care you all provide!! I will recommend North Kingstown Animal hospital 1000 times over!

It would be nice to have separate checking/wait areas for dogs and cats. Cats are sensitive to loud noses and this just adds to their anxiety. There are vetinary practices that are changing their practices to ensure a more comfortable experience for cats.

My cat was injured & they took her in right away. Showed care & compassion. Cleaned wound applied antibiotic’s etc. , she is now fine. Very happy with the Dr and staff. Highly recommend.

I had a couple questions I wanted to ask, but never got in to see the doctor or nurse. I guess the appointment I received that day ended up being delayed. They are very busy there. Other than that all is good.
