My appointment was at 4:20 wasn t seen until 4:50 by Dr. I understand staffing and if busy but still. Floor of building could have been cleaner and less dusty on selves. - please understand this is nit picking but over all great service and customer care. Thank you.

I was fortunate and happy to get an appointment when I called on Wednesday late afternoon due to a recent cancellation on Friday. I was on hold for close to 8 minutes, but worth the wait because I felt appointment was not just routine. If there hadn’t been a cancellation, not sure how long I would have to wait. Dr.Holmes is always a comfort to see, she is patient and explains and demonstrates everything since caring for a dog does not come naturally to me! Ty
