Always friendly and competent staff. The technician and Dr kept Beau was very relaxed and his check up went well.

The tech that does Jango every month on sunday is a jem. She is caring and treats my dog like her own. She is friendly and a pleasure to deal with. She and her assistants are a valuable asset to you business and the care of my dog.

Pleasant friendly staff. They where very kind and patient with my very nervous dog. Doctor very down to earth and easy to communicate with. I never felt rushed even though it was a last one of the night appointment.

I enjoy this Vet Hospital because: those who answer the phones listen to my concerns and questions without rushing me; the staff takes good care of Luna, my cat, when I bring her in; and the vets are thorough. All of my questions are answered. The vets determine the necessary procedure for treating Luna. I was also happy to get an inquiry on how Luna was doing after her appointment. Thank you NKAH! P.S. It was also nice to see a sign thanking the office staff for their hard work that they do in front of reception area - shows true appreciation for their employees. Tonia Croce

similar response to the previous survey I filled out. I think your office needs more staff. I waited on hold for 10 minutes to speak to a staff person. previously I ve waited in the waiting room for 20-30 minutes for a booked appointment. either too many appointments are being scheduled or there isnt enough staff. However, the team is great and we appreciate the care given to our dogs.

Tarzan doesn’t like coming to the vet, but always calms down when he gets out of his crate because of the calming and gentle welcome he gets from Dave and his vet technician

The cost of a routine exam is insane. When no vaccines are given and the appointment takes a matter of minutes, it shouldn t cost so much for the visit.
