Dr. Mandarini and Kristen are always exceptional and my most recent visit was no exception. Both of them are so very personable and kind. Dr. Mandarini is so knowledgeable and very smart and always tell you exactly what is going on. He s such a great doctor. Kristen is so nice and is always so gentle and calming with Kristoff. She senses Kristoff is nervous in the exam room, and she talks to him so gently and pets him. Kristen is phenomenal! The combination of Dr. Mandarini and Kristen is what I always want when I go to North Kingstown Animal Hospital. Much appreciation for everyone who works there!

Staff was very friendly but there were a lot of people in the waiting room so it was a bit chaotic. I m still waiting on an answer from my pet s testing, staff was excellent in helping. You were out of a product that the doctor recommended. That has happened before. Overall I m extremely pleased with the service and quality at North Kingstown animal hospital!

Well...I didn t get any answers as to why he is limping periodically over the last couple of months. Dr. felt around the leg and couldn t feel anything, but it seems like there should be some explanation. Maybe there is nothing, but seems odd that he always limps on the same leg, but not all the time. Had to ask for information on x-ray. Received a cost estimate for future use. When I originally called, I requested an x-ray, but was told I needed to see the vet first. Would have preferred to spend the $600+ on the xray...then spoken to Doctor. Might have felt better if that option would have been explained to me, on phone. I don t know. Just feel like I ve wasted the appt. and spent $90 for nothing. When/if we do decide that the limp has continued long enough (again, on and off) will I have to make yet another appointment? Seems like a waste of time and money.

We waited 40 minutes past our appt time to be brought to an exam room. The wait was a bit excessive and went unacknowledged. Staff was friendly but a better appreciation of our time and appt time would have been appreciated.
