NKAH is always pleasant and comfortable.

Very happy with my first visit to NK Animal Hospital!

I was floored when I made the appointment to hear that you were no longer seeing multiple pets at one time. That was the way it was stated to me. I said I was traveling from Edgewood and making 3 trips with a heavy cat at my age (75) was not convenient. I was told that that was the way it was. At that time I was considering going to another practice. I persisted and was finally told that I needed to make a deposit for that kind of appointment. If policy changes are decided upon they should be communicated to all the clients. I NEVER make an appointment and not show up. Additionally, I NEVER keep anyone waiting. I am always early. If I am on time, I view this as late. I was very miffed by the way I was treated on the phone. The girl I was speaking to had to talk to someone else to get permission, it seemed, for me to make an appointment for all 3 of my cats. This whole fiasco nearly cost you a very good client. I suggest that you email all your clients with the new policy.

I just love you all! The only minor thing, I can suggest: Is if you broaden services is to add a Groomer. Tucker has his platelet issues- I can t get him services at any Petco, Petsmart or other facility because they won t take him due to liability issues. If his vet had an Groomer who could do this, it would be awesome to me. But this doesn t change my love for you at NKAH!!!

Very nice staff and vet. I appreciate having both a tech and the vet in the office during the visit, it really helped to manage my kitten’s fears. I’m glad I chose this office to handle my pet’s well being.

It was our first visit with our dog after seeing another vet for 4 years, so we had a lot to talk about. The other vet is getting ready to retire so had limited hours and it was difficult to get in to see her. Honestly considering it was our first appointment, we kind of felt rushed and didn t get all our questions answered. The vet did do a complete blood work up so maybe she planned on calling and talking to us after the results were in, but both my daughter and I left no really knowing the plan.
