Overall I can see an improvement with the current providers this is my first visit since the changes that are being made so I will have more feedback the next time around.

Everything and everyone was great at the office. I was bringing in a stray cat for a check up and they were very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be going back.

I explained my dogs symptoms over the phone and made an appointment only to be told at the appointment that there were no parvo testing kits available. Wasted the whole day on this appointment and my pup didn’t even get seen by a doctor, only a technician.

Everyone working there is great

My dog is very apprehensive and hard to handle.In the past I have been in the treatment room to help calm her down. I was not asked to join her this time.they informed me that from now on the fee for her nail trim will double. I am not happy with this decision. Our previous Vet only trimmed her dew claws and felt the others were worn down by the daily walks.

We were running late to our appointment and the front staff called several times to make sure we were still going to make our time. They accommodated us when we knew they could have rescheduled, but we are grateful they did not and were understanding of the circumstances. they cared for my dog and gave us what we needed. thank you !!!

First time with my cat I had a good experience. But this visit was a bit disappointing with my dog. I love my pets very much and in a time where it’s stressful cause your fur baby isn’t well the last thing you want to deal with is a not so pleasant vet tech.
