Dr Angelo is possibly the best vet I’ve taken any of my pets to. Addresses all concerns. You get individual care. Staff is very friendly and caring as well

I was treated exceptionally wonderful. Everyone was so nice and Curtis. They help me getting the cat in and out of the car. I have been a patient there for about 22 years. I would not think of going anywhere else and a happy new year to everyone there thank you so much

They are under going a huge renovation so the lobby is outside and the temporary entrance was hard to find. Temporary signage would be nice but there is a sign on the front door with a phone number and the answered quickly and directed me to the entrance. Can’t wait to see the final product.

I was billed three separate transactions. I was worried my bank might think it was fraud with three separate transactions are within an hour

appt time was 2:45 but wasn t taken in until 3:20 Myself & the dog hate to wait. We both got extremely impatient and agitated.

They are all friendly and accommodating.

I came in for a bordatella booster which I was then informed my dog didn t even really need. I wish someone would have told me that on the phone before scheduling my appointment. I bought my flea prevention medication but didn t have the need to bring my dog, nor take time off work to get a 10 am appointment, when I could have stopped by for mediction anytime/anyday. The receptionist also didn t seem sure what she was doing for billing. I had to keep explaining what I was paying for and when my appointment was (she couldn t find it on her own). Hopefully my dog s next procedure isn t this confusing or else I will most likely be switching vet providers.

We ve been coming here with our pets for 6 yrs or so. I liked that you were able to see my furbaby the same day.

There s a sign out front that we have to call before going in which I did. Then I saw two people park & just go in which resulted in my loosing my appointment time. I don t understand why only some Have to obey the rules.

I just want to say that all personel were wonderful. My only problem is I didn t like that you wouldn t refill my cats Flea prescription without seeing her. I could understand if it was a prescription for some major organ but for Flea stuff doesn t make sense when you can buy over the counter Flea stuff that works good as well. She is an old cat and taking her to the vet really stresses her out and I think that stress us harmful to her.

Was just a little disappointed that you didn’t have a no charge follow up to see how her mouth and stitches were doing

I brought my pet in for a vaccination and ask for a refill on his nextgard prescription and was told I needed to schedule an appointment for a checkup before a refill could be prescribed. I’ve been doing business with this location for over 30 years and this was never the case. If my pet was not feeling well I’d bring him in. I think this is just a way to charge for an office visit, which I feel is not necessary since he is only two years old.
