My appointment time and location was changed after receiving the confirmation. I had to keep the time that worked for a less convenient location which meant I then had to leave work earlier than anticipated.

All the girls in the office are very friendly and helpful. Ana is especially always nice.

Very nice staff they were very professional and friendly and handled my dog with care and were patient with him as he is large and was curious about everything around him. When I arrived the check in process was quick, had a very short wait time, and when I entered the clinic was extremely clean. Overall the process was quick and simple and just a great experience; my dog loved it as well! Definitely making this my dogs go to vet.

Thank you for being open on Saturday s and the ability to allow me to schedule an appointment the next day. The staff are so friendly. It was nice to allow us to stay with our girl while she had to have her annals glands done.

I went in for them to clip my cats back right nails ONLY. Because she had an eye infection and I didn’t want her scratching at it. When I got home they clipped her leg back leg nails! I was so upset they lied straight to my face and said they clipped the right. My cat has been to the VET numerous times in the last 2 weeks I wasn’t about to take her back for them to fix it. I’ve been going to this vet for 6 plus years have taken all my cats here but lately I’ve been disappointed in their service.

Great first visit! As a new pet parent I had a lot of questions, and every member of the team took their time to share their knowledge and expertise with me. I know my dog has a healthy life in front of her with the team at La Palma Veterinary Hospital.

I truly enjoy bringing Charlie to this Veterinary and he’s been going there for years and the staff is phenomenal. Shout out to Wendy with a beautiful curly hair and Amanda with the beautiful radiant smile you ladies make our visit worthwhile. I appreciate the efficiency and knowledge of the provider and staff. Many vets try to add on tons of costly tests and procedures for simple visits, but this clinic provided my pet with the care she needed and didn’t try to pressure me into additional unnecessary services. I would definitely return to this clinic.
