I had a good experience, but the prices have gone way up. Sadly, I will have to find a cheaper vet.

Dr Pete is wonderful. Only issue was the nails in the parking area.

The wait times are frustrating, largely due to repeated attempts to upsell additional services. Receiving estimates for procedures we didn’t request, only to have to have them removed and a new estimate generated, is inconvenient and unnecessary. These services are often not discussed during the exam, which makes the experience feel transactional rather than patient-focused. It has become common enough in your office that other customers in the waiting area were openly discussing the same issue. This ongoing practice makes us consider finding another provider.

Dr Laclair is by far the best - she is kind and takes her time to make sure you understand- non judgemental and so easy to work with.

The vet is always so sweet and friendly. My large dog is nervous at the vet but they are all very loving and patient with her and she actually doesn t have her tail between her legs anymore when we go in.

The wait time was long given that an appointment had to be made in advance. I waited exactly an hour in the parking lot which was unbelievable for an appointment visit. I could have gone home and just driven back at the time I was needed. I only live 5 minutes away. It would be helpful if the billing part of the visit was explained thoroughly before it was decided to take my pet back for treatment. There was 2 options and I didn’t know which one we went with until after the fact it was done.
