I would’ve preferred to make an appointment online since I realized I needed it past closing. The online portal to make appointments doesn’t work and seems to be broken. Other than that, everything was great.

It is always 30-45 minutes after my appointment time that we are finally seen. Both exam rooms are empty and there are plenty of staff milling around in the back.

I found it extremely hard to find a good vet that doesn’t charge high prices and is efficient. I would highly recommend La Palma vet, good Doctors/staff, keep up the great service.

friendliest vet we’ve ever been too, from front desk, staff, nurse, and doctor. My dog isn’t most well behaved dog, he barks at other dogs and people, but everyone was so helpful and try to not let him see other dogs. The exam room was clean. The most important thing to me is they let my dog take his time to warm up and be comfortable to be examined. They really showed that they care.

The doctor was terrific- very informative and spoke clearly about medicines and procedures- the young lady who assisted was really great and her job and people skills really appreciated her personally and patience.

Dr Gonzales is always very friendly, caring and really takes the time to explain everything to me which I really appreciate The staff is amazing too I always recommend this hospital/clinic to my friends who need care for their pets
