The whole staff at La Palma is always so nice! When I went today they were so gentle and patient with my dog. They also took their time to explain everything to me and to answer all my questions. Thank you guys!!

Way to expensive. I received the same care in the Orangethorpe office you bought over... and to charge $90 for an ear flush... outrageous. Will be transferring my 2 dogs records out to another vet.

It was super easy and convenient to be able to bring in feral cats I trapped, and for that I am immensely grateful as this is really hard to find in OC. Some areas for improvement: I was initially told that I need to hold the cats for 2 weeks to recover. A supervisor came out and corrected that information, but it might be good to ensure that all staff are informed on procedures for ferals. Beyond recovery time, I didn’t receive any other instructions for post op care of ferals. Additionally, one of the cats still had a bandage on her leg. Fortunately she allowed me to remove it, but that could have gone badly.

They are very transparent with pricing and explain things well. They were short staffed but I still got in 15 minutes after my appointment time.

I have been going to this vet for over 20 years with all my animals. I love the docs and techs. Everyone in the office is very nice and helpful. They all love their jobs and obviously love pets. Only one issue is on multiple attempts to make appts for my pets needs, especially urgent or emergency needs, they have never been able to accommodate me. I always have to wait for an appointment at least a day or two. Otherwise, no other issues.

Not sure why the survey doesn’t allow me to change the stars for the question but I’d only change one, the question about staff. The young Asian lady was not having a good day, morning, night before, I don’t know but the attitude compared to the rest of the safe was complete opposite. From answering the phone, to the greeting you get when walking thru the door. Could it have been because I’m was a new patience, who’s know. I’ll be back but will try to avoid those negative vibes if I can
