The vet techs and receptionists were great with Friday. For his first visit he received lots of love and all the girls made it a very pleasant experience for him.

It was our first time going to this vet clinic. I decided to come here due to the good reviews and comments I saw in the internet. The staff was great - friendly, profesional, great customer service. The location is clean and parking it was easy to find. All in all, my pup was well attended. The procedure that was done on my maltipoo was explained thoroughly, the prescribed medication was thoroughly explained, and I really liked that the doctor didn’t seem rushed to see me, he took his time with us.The assistants were kind & welcoming. All in all I had a very positive experience. I think my maltipoo & I have found our new vet clinic :)

My first experience was great

The girl who took us to the exam room was very sweet and so gentle with my senior pup! Just a wonderful staff all around.

Too many e-mail messages. Starting with the first one that told my dog was due for a shot. Technically it wasn’t. Then since I didn’t call fast enough I kept receiving emails with reminders. Then when I confirmed I still received another email reminders.

I really appreciate coming to this Clinic where the staff treats us all like family. I had the pleasure of speaking to Anna who was able to get my Charlie in on the same day and later on I spoke to Wendy who she was very pleasant and accommodating and lastly I appreciate that the vet himself was able to get on the phone and explain everything to me which I really really appreciate cuz my husband didn t know what was going on LOL I know I can trust my precious Charlie with them. I wrote on my cat s paperwork that I am low income. That s why I used Care Credit to pay for the visit. I am struggling financially. The vets have both seemingly ignored that mention on Dorothy s paperwork and have both suggested more in-depth medical work, including the option of Dorothy seeing a cat cardiologist! I do not understand this lack of sensitivity to the financial state of the pet s owner. It is cruel. I wanted to mention that, because inflation has made life harder for the poor and if the economy continues to cause suffering, you re going to see more and more pet owners in poverty. I want to keep my cat comfortable in her old age, not work miracles. I hate it when medical professionals upsell services. It displays a genuine lack of empathy for the humans who cannot afford these services.
