I loved that the check in process was quick and really appreciated the appointment starting on time and taking and appropriate amount of time.

My previous dog, Lexie, was stricken by cancer and when her health failed and I needed to have her humanely euthanized, I was told that the earliest appointment I could get was the next week. She suffered for a few hours before passing at home with me. Last week my other dog, Ajax is on the anti allergy medication, Apoquel. His medication ran out and I was told that the vet would not ok another refill without an office visit. Again, the earliest appointment was a week away and the vet would not allow another refill or even allow an abbreviated rx that would have carried us through to the visit. My dogs are all rescues, to whom I am committed to helping them to live their best lives. I feel like I have let my dog Ajax down.

Staff was great. They were kind and helpful. I am happy I brought my pup here.

I have struggled with cats in this neighborhood & just about had it financially. I was amazed with your prices. Thank you ever so much. I am very pleased that Dr. takes care of all Veternarian issues. Thank you for taking care of “Grey-Bear’s” needs.

The palma vet is an excellent hospital to take your pets. I love all the attention and professionalism. Highly recommend

Staff and the doctor was very attentive, very specific of the plan of care.
