I have been using Woodland West for over 10 years. The staff is always pleasant and respectful of my time. My questions are answered quickly and in a manner I can understand. I enjoyed meeting Dr. Woolly. She is very personable.

Great people ands services!

My appointment for my pet is such a relief, knowing that jax was in good hands & professional team members were there to assist. I m grateful that jax came home with no issues nor pain. It was an amazing experience that I chose this place to take care of my pet. I just do not like that the waiting period through drive thru was very slow. Other than that, everybody I have seen are doing amazing with their job.

I would have liked an itemized bill thank you for being open on Thanksgiving. We had a really minor emergency, but was great not to have to wait a day OR pay emergency prices. Staff was great, vet was great. If I didn’t love my regular vet, you’d have a new customer!,??

Rude receptionist. Had to pay or services that really weren’t helpful. I was given choices and have no idea what to do Js I am not a vet. Our pet came home and had numerous seizures and vet mentioned nothing of sort. She is now getting care from a vet that is keeping and watching her and getting to the bottom of her problems. I just hate that she had to come home snd suffer. Possibly misdiagnosed.

Great service.

Dr. Monahan took lots of time to explain what I needed to know for my 12+yo Cavalier with a heart murmur. She spoke in an easy manner that I easily understood, and she answered any questions I had. Staff was very sweet and I felt immediately that my dogs were in good hands, a very good feeling since it was our first visit! I also love the drive-through pharmacy as well as the option to have medications autoshipped directly to me. What a great service! I ll be encouraging anyone who asks to bring their pets here.
