Dr. Wooely was so lovely. I had to receive some very bad news about my dog lulu and she was very kind and helpful. I don t live in Tulsa so finding someone to help and comfort me from my home in KC (our dogs were in town with my parents) - is wonderful.

Dr. Beka Heintz saw Mari on an (almost) emergency basis on Saturday. She called us while we were in the parking area waiting to be seen. She asked pertinent questions. Suzanne came out and got Mari; we LOVE Suzanne! She is always so kind to us; in fact, she snuggled with Mari, who was visibly upset. After Dr. Heintz examined Mari, she again called us and went over her findings and what would be done to help our little girl. Although we usually see (and love!) Dr. Todd Y., we felt fine having Mari being taken care of with Dr. Heintz. We appreciate all the care and caution being taken during this pandemic and know that our girlies are still being seen and treated with kindness and love. Thank you Woodland West for having such wonderful Vets and staff to care for our girls.
