I came in after my dog was hit by a car and had a severely broken leg. I have never panicked so bad in my life when it came to my pets. Everyone did their best to calm me down over the phone because I was in hysterics. Dr Mosier stayed past closing to make sure my pet was comfortable and that there was no serious internal injuries. Several of the staff members actually stayed past closing for me and my dog. Thank you Dr Mosier for staying for King, thank you April for helping me calm down on the drive in, thank you Rachel and Morgan for staying late to help with X-Rays and ultrasound, thank you Mac and Tianna for also being so quick to answer the phone when I called 3 minutes before closing and with no hesitation telling me to bring King in right away. I truly feel like we are part of the Woodland family and are super blessed to have such a wonderful hospital taking care of my animals. Thank you.

Wasn’t able to see the facilities due to the current COVID situation so very difficult to rate. Bit of a long line at the drive through but I imagine that was due to the time of day (right after work). I was VERY pleased with my experience and felt prices were reasonable and was very pleased with how quickly I could get my furry friend seen. We were very impressed with our first appointment. Staff was so very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Trooper stayed the night and then went to the Resort side for a cleansing bath, everything was great. He was allowed to stay on the medical side due to him being an escape artist (extreme). Thank you for taking great care of Trooper I couldnt get the stars to click, but all were excellent on the survey...

I loved bringing my little Boston here!! I got better explanations on her allergies than I had to date. The vet was super transparent about costs and made sure I was okay with everything. My little girl is nearly itch free today for the first time in MONTHS. And I was able to get my prescription verified on Chewy the next morning after placing it. This will definitely be my new vet after moving.

Under the circumstances(Covid-19)we thought everyone did an excellent job. From making the appointment with clear instructions on what to do when we arrive, to picking up our girl at door 3 . A trainee met us at our car and she was confident and very sweet. Dr Clupper was exceptional and super kind and thorough. We will always recommend WWVC to our friends and family and any one else who asks! Thank you all.

The only problem was in picking up my dog. After paying at the drive up window, I was sent to door 3, which I did. I parked close to the curb. There was a black truck parked in a space across from the door. The remaining space between my car and the truck was so tight that a car trying to drive by me almost hit me while I waited for my dog. As I continued to wait, 2 more cars were lined up behind me wanting through. I ended up making a circle around front to let them go on. I was unable to get back to door 3 due to the line of cars at the drive up window. While I waited for the line to move another car almost hit me when it pulled out of its parking place right by the awning. The vacated space was the only open space. I parked in it to get out of the way, and called to let the office know where I was. The whole issue could have been avoided if there hadn t been a truck parked across from door 3 which created such a tight spot that no one could easily get by while I waited.

I did not see the inside due to the precautions of the Corona precautions which I was a little disappointed because this was the first time we have ever used your services, but other than that everything was great!!
