Dr. Woolley was a fantastic person to speak with regarding a very serious behavioral incident with my dog, She took the time I needed to discuss various aspects with me and gave me excellent ideas and support.

Been going there for years. Nicest folks I have ever met. Really friendly and seems to care for the fur babies a lot.

The last question was not applicable due to the Covid restrictions upon entering your facility.

Got in early. Nurse met me at truck and Caesar wanted me to go as usual. Dr. brought back timely manner. Explained Caesar in great health suggest vasectomy. I’ll think about. Check out drive through was great too. Awesome

Cynthia and Dr. Mosier helped us at a level of care that exceeded our expectations. Dr. Woolley gave results that were well explained and offered services for the future. All of the staff made us feel like family, especially our pet Glory. They treated our concerns with knowledge and care. We will be back again and highly recommend the team who helped us.

The vet - Dr Wooley - was wonderful. Y all always do a great job of getting me excellent timely care and I appreciate it. Very helpful to have the meds available for pickup at the drive through as well.

First time to use Dr. Heinz. I have an old scrawny cat. She gave me hope for him. Great bedside manner.

We were pleased that Dr. Jones took time to come out to the vehicle and provide updated information!

I think they were extremely helpful. My husband has a compromised immune system since his transplant, and they took every precaution to make our appt work for us.

The Doctor refused to treat my dog with paw infections and also in pain for 2 reasons. He did not have enough time to treat my dog (45 minutes) even though we arrived early. Then he stated that my dog had to have steroids even though he had been steroid poisoned 4 months prior. The internest my dog sees normally has stated no steroids for 6 years. At this point he once again refused to treat my dog. My dog was sent home in pain with an active infection. Plus I was charged for the visit even though the vet refused to treat my dog. This vet is in it for the money and not the animals. Find a vet who is in it for the animals first and the money second. It is not an easy thing to do today

During this time of extra precautions, the system that was in place was very well organized and they were able to take care of my fur baby s emergency. Love the staff at West Woodland Hills.

Dr. Barranco was so helpful and kind. Our experience was quick and efficient. She delivered quality care and provided adequate teaching on our plan of care. Will most certainly be back in the future.

We came for my puppies yearly wellcheck during the coronavirus pandemic. The staff was extremely sweet & patient with my boy who didn’t want to go in without me! They had a seamless process that provided for the least amount of person to person contact possible. They kept my puppy happy & healthy & that’s all I could ask for! Thank you, everyone, for your commitment & hard work during these tough times!!

Dr Barranco is very helpful in taking care of Dexter and answering all our questions. Highly recommend her and the office staff.

Dr. Heinz is an amazing veterinarian, I could tell that she truly knows veterinary medicine and was very caring and compassionate. She is truly out of the norm from some of my past experiences at different veterinary clinics.

I love Woodland West and the staff, the only thing that I would recommend improving upon is the billing explanation. The vet is always great with explaining the medications they are prescribing, but I am usually surprised when it comes to the bill at the end. If they could explain the prices of the medications as well, just so I know what is coming at checkout that would relieve some anxiety.
