We were disappointed somewhat in the care. Our dogs cane in on Friday night and was not seen by a vet til Saturday evening. We were told they had a “horrible” infestation of fleas and were going to be treated with bravecto. When we picked them up they hadn’t been given the bravecto and sent us home with the meds. We were also given a prescription of trazadone with no rationale why and no documentation in the chart from the front desk. I asked to have someone call me as to why there was a need for trazadone yesterday and no one followed up.

Doogie and I enjoyed meeting the friendly staff and especially Dr. Wooley. She patiently answered my questions and made several suggestions about my care of Doogie. And my dog liked her. The tech who did Doogie s laser treatment was really nice - very gentle. So we thank you for a first-rate first appointment.

My dog was bleeding. I was told initially to go to another facility. That you were too busy and if she needed surgery you couldn’t do it. I wasn’t asking for surgery, just palliative care. ( she has kidney stones that we are not going to treat.) after that I loved Chloes doctor. She was kind and gentle with my dog. The tech sending me off was kind also. You might check that out...I’d never return if I was sent away. Been with you for 9 years.

I was so pleased with the help , cate of my precious kitty, Sissy Girl. Dr Woolley was fantastic did everything could for my baby. All the nurses and techs were wonderful to me and my baby. She was in horrible shape, still unknown issues . I was about to go ahead and let her go to sleep, but when I held her to be last time, I couldn’t put her to sleep, she was looking at me and I decided to take her home, to pass in her own home. Sissy refused to leave me, and the Good Lord saved her . All the meds, and help from everyone brought her back to me. She’s doing well now. Like nothing ever happened. I want to thank everyone for being so kind and considerate in my and my barb’s time of need. Thank you so very much!!! Merry Christmas to all of you.

I love how the vets treat my pets like they are special. I know alot of veterinarians go in every day and treat it like just a regular job, but the vets at Woodland West are always happy to see my animals, and don t give me that feeling of rushing to see them in, out, and on to the next pet.
