I came to drop off my puppy Rudolph beyond scared because he was so so lethargic and the Vet was so great. So was her team. I loved how efficient the visit was since COVID-19 has restrictions on going inside businesses. Again, I’m truly thankful. Also I love their exam fee was half the cost of many other Vets. Definitely was overjoyed especially in a pandemic like this.

I did not appreciate the fact that Henry was sent home with a wad of poop on his hind end. Considering the fact that he sat in your facility more than 7 hours I wonder how long he had to sit/lay in it. Not my idea of taking care of my pup.

We used curbside drop off and pick up so cannot comment on indoor facilities but they have always been very clean and well maintained in the past. Dt. Barranco was great as always. She explained about new medication and would highly recommend her as well as Woodland West

Your place is excellent and I would recommend everyone to come here to get the best treatment for their pets. The staff is so extremely nice and helpful. Absolutely a 5 star experience. My dog ate rat poison and they were prompt, came right out and got her. Took her straight back. Very comforting. They brought me tissue and bottled water because I was bawling my head off. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely sweet and helpful. THANK YOU!!!

Tried to give 5 stars on every question but it would not let me?? From the person who came to the car to get Hamilton, to Dr. Wooley calling me, and the pick up was a well oiled machine!!! Everyone was friendly and knowledgable and that is what we want! Thank you!! We will share our satisfaction with others!!!

I was so impressed with how quickly my pet was taken care of and how quickly the vet got back with me. She was super knowledgeable and nice!

Under the circumstances of social distancing and all precautions. I was very happy with the staff and the.care that Scout recieved. The doctor was great explaining his broken toe and what they would do. The tech that brought him out was also great about explaining his medisand restrictions.

Great informative visit! I m sure the facilities were clean, but since we were not coming in during the recent Covid-19 changes, I couldn t speak to that.

This was a very difficult situation and the entire staff was great. Even with the covid-19 protocols I felt like we were well cared for. Dr. Hollingsworth was amazing and took more time than I deserved to talk through and comfort me in making the difficult decision to let our 16 year old Gizmo go. I can’t thank you all enough. We have used WW as our vet for over 20 years and that won’t change.
