I called the next day for lab results and was less than pleasant to the person on the other end of the line when they told me the doctor I had seen was not working that day. I thought my pet was forgotten. However, the Dr. went above and beyond and was monitoring the results of my pet s labs on her day off and took the time to reach out to me when she saw that I was not happy with not having heard back on the results when I expected to. I was a pain and I was treated with nothing but respect. Thank you for being civil to a stressed out fur momma.

I would like the share something with you that I was very disheartened about. I had to wait a while because I was very upset. My husband came out to pick Nova boy up after his appointment. When they arrived home, I got Nova out of the car and took him straight outside to potty. Out in the yard, he was dragging his bottom and acting strange. Brought him in, and realized he was covered in poop. There was poop on just about every part of his body. Especially, dried and caked around his rear end. Which was now also in my car. We had to get straight into the tub at 9pm at night. I was extremely upset to say the least. We paid a hefty bill for services (and have for years) at your facility. We would expect that our “fur kid” would receive the upmost of care. I work in nursing, and would never return a patient to their family in this shape. I would love some feedback on how something like this could have happened. Thank you in advance. Gina Allbritton

The staff was amazing! I had an issue but did not have an appointment and they were able to fit me in almost immediately! Even though they squeezed us in and they were behind as a result, they took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed!! I will never go to market vet!!

I don’t remember the girls names that I talked to but they were all so sweet to me and felt Zeke was loved on in my absence. I was so upset and they did everything they could to ease my mind.
