Yall were so sweet to my brand new puppy! I ve had four rescue dogs before this one and have never had a puppy. The doctor was so understanding and nice even when I was asking beginner questions. I ve had multiple vets with my other dogs because they would ask us to purchase unneeded items for them or the vets weren t really informative when we brought them in. But, I really look forward to having yall as our primary vet and love the professional vibe I get!

This was my first visit I was treated with complete respect my pet was taken care of so very well all precautions were taken to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus the team all had masks on. They took wonderful care of Renee My Little Chihuahua that was the most important thing for me

very pleased with everything. I was nervous about not being able to be with me pet, but team kept me informed and was very helpful

I waited for about 30 minutes before they got to my dog but it was explained they had a major dog incident so I understand. Woodland West was recommended for a Sunday appt. My dog was miserable and I didn t want her to go another night before getting in to her regular vet. I was impressed with Woodland and very grateful for the help they provided. When a pet is sick it s such a relief to know they re being taken care of and Woodland did this for me.

This was our first time using your veterinary hospital. I cannot say enough about how well your staff treated us and our dog. We were able to get in last minute due to the urgency of the issue both yesterday and today. The Dr was very informative and so helpful, she was able to eliminate more serious issues we were concerned about and found the cause of our fur baby s vomiting. I will definitely be back!

The drop off and wait worked well. Check out at the drive through also worked well. I liked that Dr Jones brought Ella out and let me know how she did and how she is.

Dr. Woolley has been very helpful and knew exactly what to do for my cat and his unique medical issues.
