Thank you for giving giving me a next day appointment. Our previous visits were outstanding. But today is a disappointing visit. I waited more than 30 mins in the room and was seen for maybe 5 mins. The assistants were very helpful and attentive. However, the visit felt rush and disconnected. Lady vet did not even examine my dog thoroughly unlike his previous doctor. I wanted to asked more about my dogs eyes condition but she seemed to be not in the mood and unfriendly. She told me to see her anymore should my dog need injection in the future and the assistant can do it. I felt like an incovenience to her.

I ve waited more than an hour and still couldn t even get into waiting room. I saw some people ahead of me still waiting in that room. So I just canceled my appointment and got out. I wouldn t go back to this clinic again.

I would suggest that the Ladies at the reception would be friendly . they are NOT . They are not welcoming , they don t smile and don t show any skilled customer service ( be human, have compassion , smile !) Also they let you wait for ever on the phone every time you call this office.

My experience from this hospital has been exemplary . Dr. Kim takes time to listen and address my concerns . Answers questions patiently and emphatically. Very caring to my pet children . His staff are all friendly & helpful. Highly recommended .
