Dr Dima is extremely knowledgeable & listens to all my concerns. He goes above & beyond to make each visit a pleasant experience. The staff is courteous & helpful. I am grateful for all the care we receive.

Dr. Kim was not in and I had my dog checked by Dr. So. He was very nice and thorough, but he made me feel pressured to spend more money for a second opinion on my dog s cat scan. To his credit, Dr. So is a very good sales person, but I was there for the sole reason to get my dog some relief.

Dr Dima, Tech Kelsey and the receptionists couldn’t be more professional. The kindness, care and playful spirit they displayed toward my dog Nicky was immeasurable. Nicky is very anxious, they handled her with such care and affection it was truly amazing. I will recommend your hospital and especially these individuals and Stephen who helped us the last time we were there.

Wonderful professional care

This was our first visit with our cat, who was having abdominal issues. We couldn t have asked for a better experience. Everyone at the office was kind, attentive, and professional, We re so grateful for the excellent care!

Thank you for giving giving me a next day appointment. Our previous visits were outstanding. But today is a disappointing visit. I waited more than 30 mins in the room and was seen for maybe 5 mins. The assistants were very helpful and attentive. However, the visit felt rush and disconnected. Lady vet did not even examine my dog thoroughly unlike his previous doctor. I wanted to asked more about my dogs eyes condition but she seemed to be not in the mood and unfriendly. She told me to see her anymore should my dog need injection in the future and the assistant can do it. I felt like an incovenience to her.

I ve waited more than an hour and still couldn t even get into waiting room. I saw some people ahead of me still waiting in that room. So I just canceled my appointment and got out. I wouldn t go back to this clinic again.

None just keep up the good work everyone was amazing patient and courteous thank you again

I love the doctors and staff.

I would suggest that the Ladies at the reception would be friendly . they are NOT . They are not welcoming , they don t smile and don t show any skilled customer service ( be human, have compassion , smile !) Also they let you wait for ever on the phone every time you call this office.
