so happy DR DIMA is here. i was with ANIMAL GENERAL in edgewater for 20 years with 5 dogs and 6 cats over those years. we have 3 dogs and 3 cats currently and when we heard DR DIMA was at RPAH, we had to come as well. he is the best!

Everyone at the office was very nice and also helpful. The only matter that concerned me was the detailed symptoms list, and issues that Felix had, that I had seen, I brought the documented symptoms to make it easier for the doctor to know, as what happens at home Felix, was not seen by the doctor. Felix had problems chewing food, and it was suspected he had some type of tooth or gum problem. I was asking for Shots and not to have any pills since Felix was having an issue chewing, and swallowing. I was given pills, and liquid med that was to be given to Felix, which I knew would be a problem due to his symptoms. At the end of teh office visit I had to specifically ask for an antibiotic shot, cause if Felix could not injest the pills or liquid I would ahve to bring him back to teh office for a shot, which would mean lost time, in trying to get the meds he needed in him. Sadly, Felix passed away on 11/3/2024 at 2:30 am he would no longer take food, or syringing food, and went down hill from there. It is believed that it was his tooth/gums infection...and I also was able to remove 3 pieces are tarter from his teeth that I believed was causing him pain, and not to eat. Suprisingly Felix allowed me to remove the sharp pieces of tarter on his left side mouth, with no fight, as if he realize I found one of the issues he was experiencing, and was able to remove it with my fingers/fingernail without hurting him. .... Sadly he has passed, and will always be remembered ...He was a talker cat, very unique, smart ??

Dr Diimin was very gentle with my pup of 11 yrs. His examation was complete. All test results were explained including a showing of X-rays taken.All medications were given with the reason for their need.I was made aware of which symptoms were to be reported to him if they continued or those started.The vet tech who assisted ,was also very caring and gentle to my Bonnie. Thanks to all of you.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very good at making pet owners aware of costs ahead of time. Clean facility. Amazing VET in Dr. Kim. We really appreciated the knowledge and information regarding our pets condition. Also he was very informative at alternate- intergarative approaches to our pet therapy. We felt Dr. Kim, Tech, and receptionist CARED. And we were beyond the credit card in our pocket payment, but real concerned pet owners, needing sympathetic help regarding our pets situation. Thanks for your kindness.
