The dr and the staff were great

As always the staff from the front desk to the MD we’re all friendly and welcoming which is the reason why I like taking AAVA there to be seen.

Although the office was a little backed up the staff at the font desk all the Technicians and Dr. Chun took their time in assisting me and explaining everything that was happening to my George at the time of service. They also explained what would be best for him and what to watch out for.

If it wasn’t for Steven, the vet tech, who works there & a best friend of my granddaughter, I would have gone to another vet. Everyone who was there today, made us feel welcome, spoke to us, not at us, answered all our Question, we were not rushed. Explained everything that they were doing and going to do. Welcome us just like family. ,

Doctor and Tech very professional

I have great respect for the care & compassion shown by Dr.Kim& all of his staff. Dr Kim has , over the years, expanded his knowledge in so many areas of animal care. A person looking for a vet for their beloved pet should without a second thought contact this animal hospital!

Receptionists, technician and the doctor were all very professional, courteous. The doctor and the technician answered all my questions. The tech was very knowledgeable and super friendly and mostly important very gentle and friendly with my fur baby. The doctor was also the same. I was very pleased with my visit. Thank you !
