The nurse/technician was very helpful and took the time to explain to me things that the doctor did not explain. The doctor spent a rough 3-5 min just to let me know that my dog needs surgery. He didn’t even touch the “tumor” he told me that my dog has. He also recommend a dental scaling. It seems that this visit was mostly to talk about things my dog does not need. I will look for a different opinion.

Dixie is a very anxious dog but the staff handled her well and were able to give her outstanding care...especially Magda.

My pet s appointment was at 12:00. We arrived on time and the reception staff greeted us politely. They took us to the room where my dog was going to be examined, and we waited for approximately 40 minutes. We asked the receptionist how much longer the wait would be, and she told us there was only one doctor available and that we would have to continue waiting. If the clinic is unable to see patients at their scheduled appointment time, then it would be more appropriate to attend patients on a first-come, first-served basis so people know they may have to wait. We left very disappointed because of the long wait. No one apologized, and we never even saw the doctor. We will not be returning to this place.

I can’t stop given Dr. Kim and Dr. Dimal along with the great friendly knowledgable staff the much deserved praise/recognition.

Due to the economic stagnation right now, it would be great if customers could pay half of the current bill when seen and the second half in 2 weeks or set up a payment plan of sorts. This would be extremely beneficial as I find I am unable to bring my dog in as much as I would like because of finances and how expensive the office charges are.

This was a very good experience. As the health concerns of my cat evolved, staff and doctors were attentive. My only thing to call out is slightly better communication. I was told I would be called around 2, but now word. Then at 4:30 I called and was told to come at 5:30. Clearer communication timelines would have made this good experience even better!

I don t like that my pet was taken to another room for it s shots/blood test and I was not allowed to be there to observe.

RPAM is a top-notch animal hospital and I would recommend them to my family and friends. The staff is super friendly, the doctors are knowledgeable and take the time to answer your questions and/or concerns.

I saw Dr Sao (spelling?) who was very nice and informative along with Justin who was a delight. Both individuals were informative, kind, patient and spent as much time with me as was needed.

My pet received prompt attention, so there was no long waiting period. I am grateful to Dr. Kim who knows that I about my on-going financial struggle over the past year. He did not propose any further testing on my 14 year old cat, who was diagnosed with ear polyps last year. Dr. Kim requires an annual exam of my cat, and he allows me to refill my cat s medication as often as I need to. The steroid ear drops prevent inflammation of the ear polyps and my cat is comfortable and able to function normally. The medicine is a great alternative to an $8 thousand dollar surgery. Dr. Kim is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate towards animals and human circumstances such as mine.

I was not explained the entire billing procedure and when I got the final receipt it was double what I thought it should be. The doctor only said something about 385 for all the blood work but then when you add everything up it turned out to be over $650 which I thought was extremely expensive and I feel like I was taking advantage of. Doctor was nice and thorough but nobody told me it was going to be almost $700 which is insane

I have a polydactyl cat that needs nail trims every 5 weeks. I was very comfortable and satisfied at RPAH but was told nail trims would only be done between 6-7pm from now on.That doesn t work for me. I need mornings. I really hope this decision gets reversed. It is a hardship for me and it takes 5 minutes for the tech to do this.

Dr. Kim was not in and I had my dog checked by Dr. So. He was very nice and thorough, but he made me feel pressured to spend more money for a second opinion on my dog s cat scan. To his credit, Dr. So is a very good sales person, but I was there for the sole reason to get my dog some relief.

Dr Dima, Tech Kelsey and the receptionists couldn’t be more professional. The kindness, care and playful spirit they displayed toward my dog Nicky was immeasurable. Nicky is very anxious, they handled her with such care and affection it was truly amazing. I will recommend your hospital and especially these individuals and Stephen who helped us the last time we were there.
