This was my first time at your hospital & WOW!! The entire staff from answering my call, to greeting me walking in, the nurses, doctors, everyone is very compassionate, friendly, welcoming, accommodable, knowledgeable (sp?), helpful & everything in between. They not only took care of my very elderly cat but also took care of me! They are all such kind humans & that seems to be a rare quality these days! Thank you so much for your provided care!

The first receptionist I spoke with on the phone made me not want to come back anymore, just felt very rushed and that me making an appointment was inconvenient. Told me that my pet was not in the system, then told me that my pet was then due for rabies, so if they weren’t in the system, then how would they have that? We have been a client since 2017. HOWEVER, when I came in everything changed. I talked to a different receptionist that day that rescheduled my appointment but the interaction was totally fine, very kind and helpful. They were very nice to me when I entered and dr green was amazing as always. The vet tech was so sweet and helpful as well! I was really expecting to come in and not be a customer again after that appointment but everything turned around once I arrived. Thank you for making my pet feel healthy again!

My fur baby loves visiting everyone when he needs a check up and I always know he is getting the best care around.

I am very happy with the with McHenry Pet Hospital and would recommend it to any family and friends

I am super upset about the amount of $ I paid, dr Green always knows I can’t afford anything expensive and gives me a cheaper option. Since dr Green was not available the other doctor came 30 minutes after scheduled appointment and she made me feel unwelcomed. I do not know much about food allergies but she made me feel awful about poor choices I made. I am beyond upset about the visit

Queen Elizabeth is doing fine, eating, drinking her water and going down to the basement to use her boxes. She is alert and seems to be happy. Thanks for taking such good care of her. Linda & Vern

I made the appointment several weeks out so there was plenty of availability. I was aware Dr Green would be out and I would be seeing the relief vet. I was very happy with the care and time taken by all staff. I feel my dog is loved and cared for by staff.

Dr Green does a great job with our dogs. Didn’t rush and explained everything we needed to know.

Dr. Green is the only one ill see! She was there for me and my pup with special needs till the very end. Today my new pup got to meet her and it couldnt of warmed my heart more. She is always there for me and my dog which means the world to me. Because shes so amazing it does become challenging to see her. But shes worth the wait. Brenda is also absolutely amazing and always is a call away and helps in any way she can! These two ladies are what make mchenry pet Hospital the way it is.
