Our dog Zola, was bleeding from her butt, thought that she got bitten when two dogs attacked her on Tuesday. Called to asked if she could be seen. Came in waited about 5 minutes, escorted into an exam room. The Doctor took her to another room, and came back and told us that the wound was not a bite but a ruptured Anal Gland. Got the meds, and out the door in about 30 minutes. This on top of the Doctor s busy schedule. Wow, I am so glad to have found this pet hospital. Everyone is great.

Yes, great customer service. Easy to be seen for appt. The staff is very friendly and efficient and takes the time to answer questions. Treated with respect. The clinic is also very clean. Love Dr. Green and staff.

I love McHenry Pet Hospital. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The vets spend time with you, making sure you understand the treatments. They treat your pet like their best friend. The fees are very reasonable and I never feel they are price gouging me. If you are looking for a new pet clinic, I definitely recommend this one.
