Waiting time with like 15 minutes for someone to come in and talk to me said they re going to look at the ear swab under the microscope and didn t come back until a half hour later with the doctor just felt it could have been a half hour appointment turned into an hour also I noticed what the questions above when you click on the star it either highlights everything in Black or not at all

We loved Dr Green!

Our dog Zola, was bleeding from her butt, thought that she got bitten when two dogs attacked her on Tuesday. Called to asked if she could be seen. Came in waited about 5 minutes, escorted into an exam room. The Doctor took her to another room, and came back and told us that the wound was not a bite but a ruptured Anal Gland. Got the meds, and out the door in about 30 minutes. This on top of the Doctor s busy schedule. Wow, I am so glad to have found this pet hospital. Everyone is great.

Yes, great customer service. Easy to be seen for appt. The staff is very friendly and efficient and takes the time to answer questions. Treated with respect. The clinic is also very clean. Love Dr. Green and staff.
