THE DOCTOR IS VERY HELPFUL IN ANSWERING ALL MY QUESTIONS AND TREATED MY DOGS LIKE THEY BELONGED TO HER. VERY NICE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH.

I dont know why they denied my dog a nail trim even after she was muzzled. Unfortunately I will no longer be going there.

This was the first time I was here and was impressed with everything. It is so nice to have an appointment and get in and out. My last vet didn t take appointments, so you had to get there an hour before they opened to get on a waiting list, come back when they opened and then still be there a long time to get seen which could take hours.

This was my first time at your hospital & WOW!! The entire staff from answering my call, to greeting me walking in, the nurses, doctors, everyone is very compassionate, friendly, welcoming, accommodable, knowledgeable (sp?), helpful & everything in between. They not only took care of my very elderly cat but also took care of me! They are all such kind humans & that seems to be a rare quality these days! Thank you so much for your provided care!

The first receptionist I spoke with on the phone made me not want to come back anymore, just felt very rushed and that me making an appointment was inconvenient. Told me that my pet was not in the system, then told me that my pet was then due for rabies, so if they weren’t in the system, then how would they have that? We have been a client since 2017. HOWEVER, when I came in everything changed. I talked to a different receptionist that day that rescheduled my appointment but the interaction was totally fine, very kind and helpful. They were very nice to me when I entered and dr green was amazing as always. The vet tech was so sweet and helpful as well! I was really expecting to come in and not be a customer again after that appointment but everything turned around once I arrived. Thank you for making my pet feel healthy again!

My fur baby loves visiting everyone when he needs a check up and I always know he is getting the best care around.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They took the time to get to know us personally as well as to share information about heartworm prevention options. Our dog is always taken such good care of by McHenry Pet Hospital!
