Don t know if this will be viewed. I left there on 9/12 extremely upset. I had an appointment to get Zoe s rabbies shot and to get bathed. Also I paid to have her nails trimmed and dremeled. My problem is I dropped her off at 8 am. I didn t get a call until 230 to pick her up. This I don t understand, when we started outside to leave she almost pulled me down to get outside to relieve herself. Obviously she hadn t been walked or let outside the entire time. She is almost 11 yrs old so she needs to go out especially when drinking water. Really made me upset because she did everything possible not to go in the kennel. Also I paid $25 for her nails to be trimmed and dremeled. Didn t do a good job on this either. On the other hand she did smell really good. I see no reason for her to sit there in a strange place for 6 plus hours.

The appointment took a lot longer than I anticipated, to be honest. But not exactly sure if it could have been completed any faster. We appreciate everyone who interacted with us, from the front desk, to the Techs, to the Veterinarian!
