I am absolutely impressed and satisfied with the service however, I wish there was a way for me to leave a tip on my card as I pay for billing.

My dog has not had the most social life and really only knows our family. He is never nervous to come to see y all and we appreciate that. We know when he is boarded or comes in for a bath, check-up, dental, etc that he is in great hands!

Don t know if this will be viewed. I left there on 9/12 extremely upset. I had an appointment to get Zoe s rabbies shot and to get bathed. Also I paid to have her nails trimmed and dremeled. My problem is I dropped her off at 8 am. I didn t get a call until 230 to pick her up. This I don t understand, when we started outside to leave she almost pulled me down to get outside to relieve herself. Obviously she hadn t been walked or let outside the entire time. She is almost 11 yrs old so she needs to go out especially when drinking water. Really made me upset because she did everything possible not to go in the kennel. Also I paid $25 for her nails to be trimmed and dremeled. Didn t do a good job on this either. On the other hand she did smell really good. I see no reason for her to sit there in a strange place for 6 plus hours.
