The staff is great, but the two ladies at the front desk are the very first and very last point of contact during the visit and are always pleasant, kind and caring even when it s chaotic due to phone call, checking people in and checking people out all at the same time. I watch in amazement!

I called the clinic late on a Friday afternoon concerning an issue with my dog. Although the clinic was booked and on a very tight schedule, Erica was very understanding as to the situation and worked him in for treatment.
