I did feel the long wait time in exam room was further-anxiety-inducing long for my pet.

I appreciate the techs on how they handle Hannagan. She does not like going to the vet, and this stresses her out. Each time, they are able to attend to her and give her the care she needs! The vet and techs never get upset that she yowls at them. I appreciate all of you and for the ladies up front that got her in quickly to be seen.

The staff is great, but the two ladies at the front desk are the very first and very last point of contact during the visit and are always pleasant, kind and caring even when it s chaotic due to phone call, checking people in and checking people out all at the same time. I watch in amazement!
