Everything about my visit was excellent, but I cannot say enough good things about the ladies at the front desk who are the initial point of contact and overall first impression of the office. They are extremely kind and gracious even when the waiting area is full and phones are ringing all while pets are being escorted to the treatment area. Love the experience!
