Very professional and polite a willingness to help made me feel at ease and most important, I felt my little dog was being helped. Impressed with the office personnel and especially Heather and Dr Haywood.

Everything about my visit was excellent, but I cannot say enough good things about the ladies at the front desk who are the initial point of contact and overall first impression of the office. They are extremely kind and gracious even when the waiting area is full and phones are ringing all while pets are being escorted to the treatment area. Love the experience!

Thank you for helping us look after Pinky’s health. You and your staff were so friendly and helpful. I was referred by my sister, Ruth Warner. She was correct in telling us, the good care that Pinky would receive. Thanks again for your kindness and service. Linda Pigford
