It was my first time to meet Dr. Milby and I was very impressed with her taking her time with my dog and putting her at ease as well as my self. Dr. Milby showed the up most concern for my dog and set up a plan to treat my dog and to get her healthy again and free of pain. Nancy and Kimberly were very nice also

When I walked in and met the young lady at the front desk she was so kind and so sweet and help me set up our 1st appointment it was absolutely awesome I really appreciate everything you guys do for hardly and you are greatly appreciated I will tell everyone I know you treat people like their family

Everthing was excellent except getting into be seen - had to leave several messages over several weeks - got disconnected 2-3 times and finally talked with someone. Sorry but couldn t make the stars work for me.

Everyone was great and really kind to my somewhat feral cat, Tiger. Also, Elizabeth went above and beyond to follow me outside and ask about my father who was a former client/customer for many years before his sweet dogs passed and he is too old for another dog. She is always so friendly!
