Everyone was very professional and curtious. The vet tech needs to have a lesson being more attentive to what the customer has to say completely and not assuming what they say. But over all very sweet but knows the job.

The vet did not come in at anytime we were there, we know that Bruno and Bixby still got great attention and care but being our first visit to this office and location, would have been nice to put a face with the vet. We have always been happy with all of your staff members, shout out to Elizabeth at Roswell st location, Dr. Carder, Dr. Mazza and Dr. Wilson have always been great at taking care of all our needs. We like having an office closer to us out in dallas.
