We absolutely love this Practice and all the staff!

I felt that Dr. Harvey was not very personable. The times she’s seem Sassy, she doesn’t introduce herself . Other than the question about diet & food for Sassy, she barely addressed the concerns I had about barking & whining. She didn’t seem to have any report with Sassy at all.

Five Star review, as usual. I sometimes feel that TVC is a bit pricey but we so value the service and expertise that we are willing to pay it.

The staff was friendly and smiling. It’s more like a family visit than a vet visit.

Duffy was there for grooming. As usual he had the best care from Matt.

Andre and the Dr were excellent with JoJo as she is anxious and this was only her 2 visit to the vet. Thank you !

Have taken many of our furry family members here since the very early 1990s. Wonderful and caring practice!

Doctor Milby is wonderful. She always takes her time with us and explains everything. Thank you for seeing our 3 cats so quickly.

This was our first visit to TVC, but we are def switching vets … Dr Carder is so thorough and friendly. I felt very comfortable that my dog was receiving high quality care (esp at a reasonable price). Also, the clinic itself is very open and bright … and clean! The staff was extremely welcoming and you can tell they love working at TVC. All in all, it was a fabulous experience.

I still have not received my receipt I was told I would be e-mailed yesterday. I picked Star up and completed this survey. Jack Campbell

It may have ended up being a minor hang nail on Bucky’s foot, but he is revived this morning, like a new dog. He’s eating again, and playful, and not hiding in the corner. Even his eyes are shinier.

Awesome Dr. Milby saw us on the spur of the moment and took great care to examine and diagnose our dog. We feel very fortunate to have a wonderful caring doctor and staff that see our special Ginger girl.

It’s the best bet in town not just because of top notch bets but also all the people who make their lives work more efficiently. From the ladies who answer the phone (which I think is incredibly important) to the techs to the behind the scene people who present a calm, kind environment even when you have not 1, but 2 critical patients back there.
