Outside of your office is full of trash. I spoke to my neighbors recommending your practice but was told that all the trash around the office was a turn-off.

I love the having this veterinarian nearby. I have never had a problem I take both my dogs there and my sister also take her dogs there. Very convenient.

The stuff is very friend but services are over priced. Also the website doesn t show the cost of consultation. During my visit they told us they will clean our cats ears but they didn t do it.

The customer service is outstanding! Dr. Martinez is awesome and helped my puppy feel really comfortable. She also answered every question that I had as a new dog mom. I’d definitely recommend to everyone!

It s always an amazing experience when we take Lucy in to see Dr. Clay-Smith. Lucy gets super anxious with these visits but all the staff go through extra lengths to make it as comfortable as possible for Lucy. Joanna was wonderful...thank you all!

I always like being asked if I have any questions. All the interactions were really nice, but I actually did have some questions and was waiting for that prompt. Since it never came up, I forgot to ask my questions.

Please do not keep people waiting so long. I allocate 1 hour for these appts and always have to remind the staff that I have time constraints. It’s a bit frustrating.

So far so good. The Veterinarian and staff was great and making sure my dog was comfortable, she took her time and thoroughly examine my dog and gave me great advice and knowledge. I even felt comfortable. They were friendly and kind which was a plus in my book.

I was rescheduled from my original appointment time because of a staff double booking issue. They went ahead and scheduled me for after hours appointment without notifying me it would be an extra charge. If I knew this information I would’ve scheduled for a different day. Instead I was forced scheduled after hours and forced to pay the fee I had no clue about. Next time it would be beneficial to inform clients and be upfront and honest about these type of charges

I had a great first time experience at AAPH. The only suggestion I have is for the pet owner to be able to be in the same room with their pet while the pet is being examined. I trust the team, but it is comforting for the pet and the owner to be in the same room while the physical is being performed.

Overall amazing first experience, we’ve been to numerous vets in the area and this was top notch. Keep up the excellent care, it does not go unnoticed! So happy we found you guys!

Staff always are kind and patient with our pup who gets extra nervous during appointments. We never once feel shamed or judged for having a dog who needs a little extra love and patience.
