This is the first time we have visited a vet and felt that they really cared and took the time to explain everything to us. All of the staff was very nice and we will definitely recommend to all of our friends!

At my cat Jolene’s last appointment with Animal Advocate, I thought there would be a time where I could ask the veterinarian questions about Jolene’s weight and ask for advice on trimming her claws since she really dislikes when I trim them. Instead when we checked in the person at the front desk said she would take Jolene back to get her shots and she would bring her back when they were done. The vet tech explained that since Jolene had been in two months earlier with an eye infection, there was no need for another exam. I was surprised and I would have liked to been informed that this was the plan so I could be better prepared for how to ask questions of Jolene’s vet. Ultimately it worked out and I was able to make sure Jolene’s weight is where it’s supposed to be, but I wish I had known that this was a shots-only appointment. Thank you very much.

Pricing seems to have increased again and one of the draws of this clinic was how they were not price gouging like the competitors. Hopefully fees won t continue to climb exponentially for clients.

Love the vet and the tech. They were all very helpful. The post vist check-in call was odd. Never really explained the reason for the call or if I had any questions or concerns. Just how my pet was, my information, and then hung up. I had to call back for clarification.

The Best Vets in the City!

The staff was extremely friendly for our first visit with our new puppy. We are first time pet owners and the vet and vet techs both took time to answer all of our questions and concerns. Our pup seemed to love them all too!

We love AAPH and our recent experience with our kitten s spay surgery proved no exception! I am so grateful for how thorough Savannah was with us when we dropped our kitten Oksana off and I felt reassured that she was in great hands. I really appreciated the abundance of communication that I got from both Dr. Ahn and Savannah throughout the day once Oksana was out of surgery and they provided clear updates on her discharge and follow-up care. I m happy to report that she is a good sport wearing her cone and doing very well in recovery so far!
