The staff and the doctor were wonderful.

I love this place, everyone is really nice and very helpful, and my cat had a bad eye, and they fixed him , I’m so grateful. They are truly the best in the west loop.

What a wonderful vet office

My first experience with the hospital was great. Thank you Jocelyn for being so patient, for explaining things so clearly and keeping me informed of everything! Thank you for making it so much less stressful. Love the ease in communicating!

Always a fantastic visit! Lela & Dr. Stephanie are amazing, and took very good care of our dog. We’re so appreciative.

I didn’t receive an explanation for not doing the examination while I was present, and just wondered the reasoning for why exams aren’t done in the room.

I waited for over 30 minutes before anyone came to the room. Nobody informed me that you were running late and my pet is very unhappy and it was made much worse by the wait. It was a basic annual checkup and I was there for an hour. Just keep folks informed.

Really loved that the Vet took her time to build rapport with my puppy! She really addressed all concerns and the appointment did not feel rushed

The Doctor was concerned, know want to do right off the way and was done in less then 15 minutes. I like Animal Advocate.

The staff is incredible and Dr. Clay is the best veterinarian because she cares and makes the time to speak to me and answer all my questions always. I have never been more comfortable knowing my pet is in such great hands :)

My just adopted “rescue” dog is not yet socialized. I liked that we were able to come in when no other “fur babies “ were waiting. Dr. and Staff were all very personable and attentive to Bella’s needs and my numerous questions. After leaving, I emailed another request to the office and received a very timely response. Looks like Bella has her Vet. Thanks so much!

We had an AMAZING experience at Animal Advocate! My dog, Claudette, is very nervous at the vet and her previous vet has had trouble drawing blood for her heartworm test. Both Luis and Dr. Clay-Smith took time to talk with me and allow Claudette to become more relaxed. She was literally eating out of Luis s hand before we left! Dr. Clay-Smith had a clear plan of action for helping Claudette acclimate, laid it out for me, and carried it through flawlessly! Lab results were back the same day and they followed up with a phone call to make sure all was well. This is definitely our new vet, and I will be recommending to others!

Clay didn t see confident in his knowledge of the plans and information which made us feel uncomfortable and was hesitant with responses to our questions (what s the difference between a check-up and the annual exam? the doctor does more paperwork ). He initially shared details and pricing with us that was outdated and only after our dog s physical exam when we were about to pay did he share with us the updated membership fee. This was our first vet visit for our puppy and we felt uncomfortable that we couldn t accompany our puppy for her actual exam and administration of her first vaccinations. Only later after we voiced our concern did the staff share it s because of COVID precautions we don t bring anyone back - which we totally understand and agree with, but would ve appreciated that explanation upfront. Without that context, we found ourselves as first-time puppy parents nervous and questioning are they even examining her? how do we know our puppy actually received her vaccines? . Staff only afterward shared if a videolink to the exam is something you d like, we can provide that ....we wish that information was initially offered when we asked Clay can we go back to the exam with her . and all he responded was no it s just her and he took her. Had we known beforehand, we would ve absolutely asked for a videolink so we could be a part of the process. Positive comments: facility was clean and felt welcoming. Doctor was friendly.
